where are you located? where do your items ship from?
girlinread is based in british columbia, canada & our items ship from our home studio! all stickers and paper goods are completely homemade by a booklover just like you🥰
what are your processing times?
standard orders made before 12:00pm pst will be processed the same day & all orders will be mailed within 36 hours! the only exception to this are custom sheet orders which have a 2-3 business day processing time due to the nature of the order.
should any unforeseeable delays take place, we will send you an email!
how long will shipping take?
shipping times vary based on location & size of order but most packages are sent by letter mail.
canada post letter mail delivery standards are 2-4 business days once they receive it based on the province
international (all other countries):
canada post letter mail delivery standards are roughly 4-7 business days once they receive it based on the country but it may be longer depending on where you are located. if you prefer to pay for registered/tracked mail please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before you order!

will i get a tracking number for my order?
as 99% of orders are sent via letter mail, you will not receive a tracking number unless you email us beforehand to request & pay for a tracked shipping option!
am i responsible for paying customs and duty fees?
yes. customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with purchasing & shipping to their respective countries.
do you make custom sticker sheets?
are you open to partnering with authors/publishers/pr companies/bookbox companies to create custom book annotation sets?
absolutely! head to our fully custom sets page to submit a request. we are currently working on putting together examples of what we have done with authors before but as of now we work on everything on a case-by-case basis - the world is your oyster🦪
can i cancel my order?
please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order! if we haven't started working on it we'd be happy to cancel it for you but since everything is made to order, we won't be able to cancel an order if it has already been processed but we will do our best to figure something out for you!
