girlinread shop is happy to provide wholesale discounts for bulk orders! By purchasing products from girlinread shop using a wholesale discount, Wholesale Customer agrees to the terms below.

I. Minimum Order Value

girlinread shop (girlinread) has a minimum order value for first time Wholesale Customers of one hundred (100) sheets. exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for small businesses - please contact girlinread directly if you would like to discuss order size options. After the first order, wholesale customers may adjust the size of order as required.

II. Types of Wholesale Orders

girlinread provides two (2) types of wholesale orders:

1. Custom Wholesale Orders: products purchased by Wholesale Customer from girlinread have been customized by girlinread in some way(s), including but not limited to: design, color, branding, or layout. Products may be customized/adjusted versions of the products sold at www.girlinread.com or completely new products created for Wholesale Customer Only.

2. Regular Wholesale Orders: products purchased by Wholesale Customer from girlinread are the same products that are sold at www.girlinread.com with no alterations or customizations.

III. Placing Orders

girlinread does not have a separate wholesale shop website. to place a wholesale order, contact girlinread directly (girlinreadshop@gmail.com) with the items & quantities that Wholesale Customer would like to purchase and girlinread will provide Wholesale Customer with a quote & discount options.

IV. Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price

Products or goods purchased from girlinread that have not been customized in any way may only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). The MRSP of each product will be provided to the Wholesale Customer alongside the applicable package options & quote. The MRSP is the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) that Wholesale Customer may charge for non-customized products purchased from girlinread. Permission for special sale events by the Wholesale Customer must be requested in writing to girlinread and will be granted at girlinread's discretion.

V. Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale Customers will receive a sliding-scale discount off of the MRSP that is dependent on the quantity of products purchased in the order. Price quotes & invoices will be provided to Wholesale Customer in their local currency. Shipping is not included and will be charged based on weight of order. Prices are subject to change without notice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between girlinread and Wholesale Customer.

Custom Wholesale Orders:
Pricing for Custom Wholesale Orders will require an additional fee (Custom Premium) for the custom work required. The Custom Premium is dependent on the amount of custom work required and will be included in the price quote provided to Wholesale Customer. Custom Premium includes up to three (3) material revisions and one (1) test print of each sticker type

Custom products created for Wholesale Customer cannot be used in other commercial mediums unless girlinread provides explicit consent in writing & Wholesale Customer pays the associated Commercial-Use Fee.

VI. Returns and Refunds

Since all products are made-to-order, returns of products are not offered. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact girlinread at girlinreadshop@gmail.com within five (5) days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Refunds or replacements for unsuitable products may be offered at girlinread's discretion once Wholesale Customer has emailed girlinread with the appropriate details.

VII. Payment & Payment Terms

Payments for Wholesale Orders will be done online through Shopify and therefore payment methods accepted are dependent on the Shopify platform. A payment link will be provided alongside invoice. Payment terms are Due on Receipt and payment is required before products are made & shipped.

Custom Wholesale Orders:
Custom Premium will be due as a first instalment before associated custom work will begin. Once Wholesale Customer has approved the final designs, girlinread will send the second invoice and payment link for the remainder of the order.

VIII. Foreign Exchange Rate

Price quotes & invoices will be provided to Wholesale Customer in Wholesale Customer's local currency. Due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, there may be slight discrepancies between original prices quoted & final invoices. girlinread will ensure to advise Wholesale Customers of any material changes to the invoice total due to changes in the foreign exchange rate.

IX. Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping costs will be dependent on weight of order & outlined in the final invoice sent to Wholesale Customer. girlinread will ship orders using Canada Post & all orders will include a tracking number that will be provided to Wholesale Customer upon shipment. Any applicable customs fees will be payable by the Wholesale Customer.
