where are you located? where do your items ship from?
girlinread is based in british columbia, canada & our items ship from our home studio! all stickers and paper goods are completely homemade by a booklover just like youđĽ°
what are your processing times?
normal fulfillment times are 1-5 business days before your order is shipped. this timeline can increase during heavy order volumes but your order confirmation email will have the most up to date information for you!
additionally, custom orders, zip bags & giftsets may take a bit longer due to the nature of the orderđĽ°
should any unforeseeable delays take place, we will send you an email!
how long will shipping take?
shipping times vary based on location & size of order.

will i get a tracking number for my order?
you will receive a tracking number if you opt for tracked shipping at checkout. otherwise, know that lettermail does not come with tracking!
am i responsible for paying customs and duty fees?
yes. customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with purchasing & shipping to their respective countries.
do you make custom sticker sheets?
you bet! if you are looking for custom flags, quadrants, text, or emojis head to our custom sheet orders here. if there is a custom sticker/sticker sheet option you'd like that isn't listed then please reach out through our contact us page and we'd be happy to work with you!
are you open to partnering with authors/publishers/pr companies/bookbox companies to create custom book annotation sets?
absolutely! head to our fully custom sets page to submit a request. we are currently working on putting together examples of what we have done with authors before but as of now we work on everything on a case-by-case basis - the world is your oysterđŚŞ
can i cancel my order?
please email us at girlinreadshop@gmail.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order! if we haven't started working on it we'd be happy to cancel it for you but since everything is made to order, we won't be able to cancel an order if it has already been processed but we will do our best to figure something out for you!
